This is a high-performance standalone capacitive height controller that uses a closed-loop control method to precisely manage laser cutting capacitive heads. Beyond the standard control functions found in similar products, it also features an Ethernet communication interface (TCP/IP protocol), enabling seamless integration with laser cutting software. This makes it easy to implement functions such as automatic height tracking, piercing thick materials in controlled stages, gradually ramping power for smoother entry, precise edge finding, and actively lifting the head between cuts to avoid collisions and save time, while also significantly improving response speed.
With its dual closed-loop speed and position algorithm for servo control, the capacitive height controller delivers cutting speeds and accuracy that outperform many domestic and international alternatives.
