Every laser processing part we manufacture goes through a strict multi-stage inspection process to ensure reliability from the very beginning. The workflow covers warehouse acceptance, material issuing, parts cleaning, cleanroom assembly, semi-finished inspections, aging tests, lens assembly, performance testing, parameter recording and sample archiving, lens inspections, and finally, finished product inspection before storage.

This test evaluates whether the equipment housing can effectively prevent dust particles from entering and damaging internal circuits or mechanical structures. It is mainly used to verify sealing performance under dusty conditions and to meet IP5X and IP6X protection standards.

This testing equipment simulates high-frequency vibration environments to test the structural reliability of laser processing components such as galvanometer welding heads and swing welding heads. The results provide valuable data for product optimization, ensuring stability and durability in real-world applications.

This test evaluates the overall performance of the laser cutting head’s follow-up control system during operation. It measures how accurately the sensors respond to variations in material surface height, covering aspects such as tracking performance, positioning accuracy, and sensitivity. The test confirms that the height controller stays stable even during high-speed processing. It ensures sensors respond quickly and reliably, so cutting remains consistent and accurate on complex contours.

The height gauge is used to precisely measure the height of workpieces, ensuring they meet design requirements. The Mitutoyo height gauge combines advanced optical and electronic technology to achieve micron-level accuracy. It can also be applied to measurements such as depth, slot width, inner and outer diameters, and hole spacing.

This high-precision optical device enables rapid, non-contact dimensional measurement of an object’s size and shape. With accuracy down to the micron level, it is ideal for inspecting precision parts.
